Our products are made-to-order so we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will issue a replacement.

All orders are fulfilled by Printify and shipped directly to the customer. Production time is 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping depending on the customer’s location.

ExileShop (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers custom-designed clothing and apparel through our website. All products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, Printify.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this site and make purchases.


3. Product Information

All product images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings and print variations.


4. Order Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to our printing partner (Printify) for production and shipment. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days, followed by shipping.


5. Shipping

Shipping times vary by location and are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.


6. Refunds & Returns

All items are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or address mistakes. However, if an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund.



7. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, and designs on this site are the property of ExileShop. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our permission.


8. Privacy

We value your privacy and only use your information to fulfill orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
